IT support role supporting various clients in the Tokyo area focusing on providing quality support for our clients PC's and networks.
Support is provided in Japanese and English

We are looking for people who focus on providing customer focused IT support that goes beyond just addressing customers problems and actively engages and works with them. You should be keen to learn and proactive.

We look to help people grow and advance also giving them autonomy in seeking out better ways of doing things. Training opportunities will be provided to the right candidate. We provide customized and general IT support with a significant focus on high quality, friendly client interaction.

Skills / Qualifications:
  • Windows XP, Vista, 7 configuration and support
  • Mac OSX 10.3 ~ configuration and support
  • Network installation, troubleshooting and support
  • WiFi installation trouble shooting and support
  • Office application support
  • Email client troubleshooting and support
  • Japanese / English, business level

Additional networking, server and IT related support skills would be an advantage as would Mandarin or Korean ability.
