These roles are within the Client Business Support Team in Tokyo, Japan focused on hands-on client management, accounting, tax, HR administration and related business support service to various clients operating in Japan and Japanese clients focusing on foreign markets.

We are looking for people who have knowledge and genuine interest in accounting and/or HR administration and other support functions. People who like to communicate and enjoy working in team with people from different industries, countries and cultures.

Main Areas:

    Coordination of Client Work, Schedules and Communication with Clients (Jpn/Eng)
    Retrieving Information and Documentation from Clients
    Bookkeeping and Accounting
    Preparation  and Presentation of Financial Statements
    Coordination / Management of Payroll and Benefits Administration
    Administration / Coordination of Accounts Payable Processing
    ProWorks Service Process Review and Implementation
    Other Administrative Related to the Above


    Participation in Tax Compliance
    Analysis and Improvement of Client Processes and Financial Statements


    Japanese and English (min Business)
    Min 3-5 years of experience in accounting or HR administration
    Experience or interest in other support and compliance areas (tax, company secretary, social and labor insurance, etc.) - Welcome
    Experience with Accounting or Payroll Software and Good Working Knowledge of Excel
    Accounting Candidates: Formal Accounting certification or Qualification (Min Bokki 2 or US Equivalent)
